An opening bid of €4 million is being sought for Olympic showjumping silver medal winner London in an online foreclosure auction.

Also included in the sale are World champion and “Keur” declared stallion Berlin and the Olympic horses Monaco and Montreal, along with the famous gray gelding New Orleans.

There are several other showjumpers and studbook-licensed stud stallions going under the hammer, along with frozen semen.

Volvo and MAN horse trucks, jumping obstacles, cars, home/garden furnishings and tractors are also being sold.

In addition to the foreclosure auctions, a voluntary auction of the immovable property of the Eurocommerce Stables is being organized. The property of about 24 hectares includes corporate and recreational accommodation units, indoor and outdoor arenas, stables, an outdoor riding lane, and horse walkers.

London, who was 10 when he was ridden to team and individual silver at London 2012 by Gerco Schroeder of The Netherlands, was among horses reportedly seized in late 2012 due to bankruptcy proceedings.
