Horse and buggy get loose in Wisconsin city

A horse and buggy which got loose in a small Wisconsin city went on a fender bender before being caught, causing damage to six cars.

The incident happened in Darlington around 10.30am on Wednesday.

The horse and buggy had been tied up in Galena Street, but the horse got loose and headed off with the buggy in tow.

It entered Main Street, where a police officer, Steven Messner, tried to block its progress.

The buggy struck the police vehicle, causing minor damage.

Channel 3000 reports that six cars in all suffered damage before the horse was reined in.
